Wearing a back corrector can help develop muscle memory and keep your back straight even if you are not wearing a posture correction device. This adjustable posture corrector is made of soft composite fabric and nylon webbing. Breathable holes are fastened on the back and shoulder straps allowing heat dissipation and permeability for improved comfort. 

Please note: in general shoulder harnesses are wonderful for short term wear, however over time will often rub under the arms and cause irritation. It is advisable to wear over clothing and for shorter durations, multiple times per day.
