Refund policy

Return and Exchanges

If 30 days has gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Standard Return & Exchange Policy
Full refunds are available within 30 days of when online orders are received. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges offered up to 30 days of receiving an online order. If you are purchasing items as gifts please let us know by entering the recipient's name in the comment section of the shopping cart.

Returned items must be in original condition (unless defective).

Items that are damaged or improperly used will not be accepted.
• Damage due to improper care, use of harsh chemicals and non-compliance with product care instructions
• Normal wear, scuffing, or discoloration that does not impact product performance
• Punctures or wear due to damage from outside elements.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returnable item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that they have been received. If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven business of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are available for exchange only. Shipping costs are incurred by the customer.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you want to exchange an item please send an email to satnam@earthtoethers.com.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you have 30 days to exchange item(s) or receive store credit. If you wish to return a gift it must be arranged by the gift giver and fall within our 30 day return policy. Sale items are eligible for exchange only. All shipping is at the expense of the customer. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or exchange item will be mailed to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund after seven business days please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

Orders are processed within one to four business days of order placement. Shipping times may vary. If you require your product by a certain date, please call us and we will do our very best to expedite your order. Additional rush shipping fees may apply. Customers incur all shipping costs unless participating in promotions.

Earth to Ethers will pay the full cost of shipping to return defective products, or to return an incorrect order. Shipping costs to return merchandise for those who have had a change of heart, is the responsibility of the Customer.

If shipping an item from outside of Canada, please consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not guarantee we will receive your returned item.
