COVID-19 Prevention Policy
As we continue to follow the news & status of the corona virus in Canada, we want ensure all our customers that we are doing everything we can to continue delivering your packages during these times.
While we are doing everything we can, there are some possible scenarios that are out of our control. Barring a temporary shutdown from Canada Post, or a complete country-wide lock-down, we will continue delivering your packages as we always have.
With that being said, we advise you to place your order sooner than later while shipments are still being made.
- We are still open and doing everything we can to stay open
- Barring any shutdown of Canada Post or country-wide lock-down, we will continue delivering your products
- Our facility has seen no cases of COVID-19 and therefore is free of contamination. To ensure this continues we practice safe distancing, good respiratory hygiene and thoroughly clean our hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water regularly.
The World Health Organization (WHO) and Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) have assured us the risk when handling mail, including international mail, is low.
According to the PHAC, there is no known risk of coronaviruses entering Canada on parcels or packages. In general, because of poor survivability of coronaviruses on surfaces, there is a low risk of spread from products or packaging shipped over a period of days or weeks. Currently, there is no evidence of COVID-19 being transmitted by imported goods or packages. We are located in North Vancouver, BC Canada.
From Canada Post:
"Our important mission remains to serve all Canadians. We will face challenges. We will be tested. But we will deliver on our mission.
"We are prepared to adapt to the rapidly changing circumstances and implement contingency plans across our network to keep serving the country.
"We have suspended normal delivery guarantees for our parcel service. Delivering safely without overburdening our people in these extraordinary circumstances may take a little more time.
"Our post offices play a vital role in the community and will remain open. Some locations may have to temporarily adjust hours or briefly close due to local circumstances, but we will monitor, respond and inform customers."
