Orders are processed for shipping within one to three business days of order placement unless otherwise noted above. 

SHIPPING

Shipping times may vary. If you require your product by a certain date, please call us and we will do our very best to expedite your order. Additional rush shipping fees may apply. Customers incur all shipping costs unless participating in promotions.

TRACKING & ORDER INSURANCE

Please note that FREE standard shipping to destinations outside of Canada & the United States DO NOT include tracking. In addition, Intl Small Packet and Intl Light Packet shipping options do not include tracking.

Unfortunately Earth to Ethers Mfg cannot guarantee any shipment sent without the use of a tracking number. We ask our customers to please choose the appropriate shipping option at check out or risk the loss of your shipment. Untracked shipments that are lost or undelivered unfortunately can not be replaced or refunded.
