J'ai choisi le plus grand car je suis grande (1.8 m, 6ft), c'était définitivement une bonne idée et j'apprécie d'avoir eu le choix pour correspondre aux besoins de ma stature.

My (many) Lotus Wraps are among my most treasured possessions. I love the feel of the fabrics, and the color choices are so natural and earthy, sumptuous and beautiful. And this just describes the surface of things! The Lotus Wrap itself is an incredible invention. I know that it is much lauded in a wide range of yoga circles internationally, and especially for those of us who value restorative practices, it is a must. My work has included psychotherapy as well as yoga education, and I use Lotus Wraps often to provide central nervous system relief through compression for folks with sensory and attachment issues as well as for those living with trauma and on the spectrum. It is amazing how a simple design can provide so much nurturing. It is simple to use, and after one demonstration, people can offer themselves self-compassion in a material way. It is as powerful as a hug, with much longer staying power! I simply can't way enough about how impressive this product is, and how much I admire Kara for birthing this into the world. As an extension of her own ability to provide grounding, calming care to others, she offers a way for us all to provide this to ourselves. I love my Lotus Wrap! I was skeptical at first whether it would work for me as a larger/heavier person, but its strength is incredible! I feel fully supported when Im using it, making it easy to relax and concentrate on my meditation without worrying about the body aches I usually get from sitting. The material is soft and cozy, and it's size is quite generous which I appreciate, it is super versatile and great to bring to the park/beach on a nice day. I would highly recommend this product to anyone! I will definitely be buying a few for Christmas gifts this year, thank you Lotus Wrap!

I LOVE my Lotus Wrap. I have sciatica and it gives my back the perfect support when sitting in meditation. It has also replaced all of my yoga straps since I got it, it feels so much more comfortable and supportive than a regular strap. The length is generous for my 5'11" frame and the plum colour is gorgeous and vibrant. I'm truly grateful for this product!
