How to best prepare for your workshop?
Leave home with enough time to arrive 10 – 15 minutes early and get settled in. Eat a light, healthy meal 2 hours in advance, so your food has time to digest. Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict the breath and bring layers to ensure personal warmth.

Please remember to turn off your cell phone & other electronic devices. Doors will be locked once class begins so please arrive at least 5 – 10 minutes early to settle in.
In the event you decide to not attend a workshop you will receive a full refund up to two (2) days prior to the start date. No refunds will be issued thereafter unless your space can be filled by someone on our wait list. You may alternately request that a friend take your place by emailing with the name of the person who is replacing you.
Please note: by donation classes and workshops held at yoga studios may incur alternate refund policies.
No Show Policy
Unfortunately if canceling less than one (1) day prior to the event payment is non-refundable if we are unable to fill your spot with someone from our wait list.
We reserve the right to cancel an event at any time should the minimum number of participants not be reached. In this case participants will be issued a full refund within 24 hours of cancellation notice.
